As a Finish Carpenter, you'll be responsible for perfecting the final touches on our projects, ensuring every detail is flawless. From trim and molding to cabinetry and other decorative elements, your craftsmanship will shine through in every finished space.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to define the scope of each project.
- Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, cabinetry, and other finishing elements with precision.
- Interpret plans: Read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure perfect execution.
- Use your expertise with tools like radial saws, drills, and saws-all to create high-quality finishes.
- Deliver Excellence: Communicate with the team to ensure high standards and client satisfaction at every stage of the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a similar carpentry role.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert use of hand and power tools, including radial saws, drills, and saws-all.
- Attention to Detail: A perfectionist mindset who ensures every piece fits seamlessly.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
