A regional innovation-focused organization is seeking a customer-focused Accelerator Program Coordinator to support startups in its accelerator programs. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the accelerator, assisting founders, and managing key program events. The Coordinator will engage with mentors, investors, and partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage program events, including networking meetups, workshops, and investor sessions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for startup founders, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
Track program activities and engagement using Salesforce and other tools to maintain accurate records.
Assist with the startup application process, including recruitment, onboarding, and program integration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, alumni, and community partners.
Support day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide resources and opportunities for startups.
Represent the accelerator program at regional events and within the broader startup ecosystem.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience in event coordination, program management, customer support, or community engagement.
Experience working with startups, accelerators, or venture capital is a plus.
Special Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Willingness to travel within the region for networking and outreach.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and other collaboration tools.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
