Overview :
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead contract negotiations, supplier management, and project execution. This role focuses on optimizing sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and project delivery while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies by analyzing project requirements, specifications, and purchase history.
- Prepare and issue RFQs / RFPs to suppliers and facilitate supplier selection based on comprehensive evaluations.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Oversee purchase order awards and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance for cost, delivery, quality, and contractual adherence.
- Lead risk mitigation efforts by addressing supplier issues and developing corrective actions.
- Manage procurement progress, deliverables, invoice approvals, and project change orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
