The APS team is an industry leading organization providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The APS Operation team is seeking a Project Manager with project management and technical skills to help support the growth and development of our internal programs operational tools which include :
SharePoint : Internal team sites to manage team communications and documentation
SMaRT : staff management automation and reporting tool
Responsibilities :
- Meet with APS stakeholders understand the stakeholder needs and document their needs in a requirement repository.
- Liaison between APS business stakeholders and technical stakeholders.
- Engage and manage the stakeholders processes and technology that will accomplish the objectives of the project and operational processes.
Identify and design innovative solutions using SQL and Microsoft Power Platform
Develop and manage the timeline of projects forecast time and budget spend and resource allocation.Partner with and assist the development team during the development and testing phases : unit functional and user acceptance.Develop and publish communication plan for the projects deployment.Develop publish and educate the stakeholders on deployment and its plan.Develop and maintain training and user documentation.Create and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders.Requirements :
6 years working in the same functional area on 3 or more concurrent projectsExperience managing 2 or more projects concurrently and the projects are in different phases.Able to document the output of stakeholder interactions in written and flow diagrams.Ability to think through the logical unit of work and conduct a complete impact analysis.Able to develop good working relationships between all stakeholders.Highly skilled in relational database.Working knowledge VISIO.Handson knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Platform : Power Apps (for app building) Power Automate (for workflow automation) Power BI (for data analysis).Experience with Agile projects and methodology.Excellent communication skills : able to take disparate information and present it in a complete accurate and concise manner.Top Skills :
Engage and manage the stakeholders processes and technology that will accomplish the objectives of the project and operational processes.Proven ability to concurrently manage projects and daily support.Document new requirements or operational issues by conducting discussions with AbbVie Patient Services (APS) stakeholders and document their needs in flow diagrams or other requirements gathering documentation.Identify and design innovative solutions.
Highly skilled in relational database ER diagrams and SQL.Handson knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Platform : Power Apps (for app building) Power Automate (for workflow automation) Power BI (for data analysis).Key Skills
