What are the responsibilities and job description for the Validation Program Manager position at cGxPServe?

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end SAP MES projects, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S / 4HANA & ECC.
Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and project timelines effectively.
Drive process improvements and continuous innovation in manufacturing operations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional team.

Requirements :

8 years of SAP MES experience, with a strong background in Pharma & supply chain.

Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations.

Strong project management skills (PMP / SAP certification preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Must have Experience in GxP, Validation and possible MES.
