As a Recruiter you will be supervising the recruitment in the USA, searching suitable candidates based on the company and market requirements for the different profiles in order to achieve the goals set for the company.
Main responsabilities:
- Publishing job advertisements
- Reception and screening resumes/candidates
- Conducting interviews and technical tests
- Training & Induction programs for new employees
- Forecasting possible vacancies in order to optimize and minimize response time and incorporation of candidates
- Checking candidates references
- Productivity analysis, designing action plans aligned with the company needs
- Host hiring events
Profile:
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a similar role in fashion brands
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and database
- Spanish is a plus
- Ability to travel 50%
- Luxury retail experience preferred
