As the Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity through compelling visuals and maintaining a strong, seamless online presence. As part of the marketing team, you’ll work collaboratively with our product, sales, and development teams to design and manage content that engages our audience and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with a team of in-house designers, illustrators, and animators to develop creative materials from concept to final artwork.
- Author and develop style guides and identity systems for various programs and sub-brands.
- Design retail capsules and products that connect with our audiences through culture.
- Present designs and concepts to clients and stakeholders for approval and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with business goals.
- Work closely with the brand team to develop the organization's creative needs, including the evolution and documentation of its visual standards.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organization's creative marketing goals.
- Develop high-quality, on-brand designs for marketing materials, including digital assets, brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures/trade-show materials, and advertisements.
- Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production ready assets and guidelines for usage).
- Your role will involve close collaboration with photographers and videographers to produce creative and visually appealing content that aligns with the organization's business goals.
- Ensure high-quality design concepts and execute creative materials as required.

Qualifications:
- Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for conceptual ideation and design execution.
- Experience in creating responsive designs
- Knowledge and understanding of digital, print and production processes.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Skills:
- Very detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to be proactive, to identify new creative ways to help support the brand
