Experienced Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and very dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and general warehouse duties. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisors to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:
- **REQUIRED: 2 -3 years experience as a Warehouse Associate

-**REQUIRED: Bilingual in Spanish AND English

-**REQUIRED: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Experience using scanners for order picking
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklift is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
