Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Specialist to join our operations
team in Memphis, TN. In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the flow and
accuracy of inventory - from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. This
position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with regular hours from 8:00 AM to
5:00 PM and overtime available during peak season.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Support inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Operate handheld devices through our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Communicate with team members to quickly resolve issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with systems like RF-SMART and NetSuite is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Monday through Friday (Some Saturday work during peak season)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime during peak season
