Host / Hostess needed at our high-volume Chinese restaurant in Wilmette!
We are looking for a full-time host for a very busy and successful Chinese restaurant in Wilmette, IL. Candidate must have good phone and computer skills, experience in taking orders, and organizing pick-up orders. Past experience as a restaurant host (or similar) is preferred.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a high-volume take-out restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of taking food orders and managing customer requests efficiently
- Fluent and clear communication skills in English to interact with customers effectively
- Proficient phone etiquette and computer skills to handle orders and inquiries
