The Sales Program Manager will have a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of its sales initiatives. Key responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Monitor and report on the success of these campaigns and strategies.
Manage sales and training programs: Oversee and report on various sales and training programs, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
Manage distribution and national partner programs: Oversee and report on various marketing and incentive programs with national partners.
Support sales teams: Provide guidance, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
Support training teams: Manage training priorities, field requests and schedules of the training team to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze sales data: Monitor and evaluate sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ongoing evaluation of Salesforce for effective reporting and capture of data.
Dealer Rewards Program: Manage the Kidde Commercial dealer rewards program.
Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Budget management: Develop and manage budgets for sales programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in sales project or program management.
Practical to substantial knowledge of Kidde organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Ability to work under pressure, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong presentation skills with the ability to train on various industry related topics technical know-how.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of different audiences.
Strong team-oriented, foster teamwork with improved ideas and resolution to problems.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other departments. Participate in internal sales meetings to report on partner-facing activities.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) Strong computer skills essential – thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
