About this role
In this role you will serve as a systems administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles daily basic administrative functions including user access accounts, reports and dashboards, system maintenance, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Completes regular internal system audits and prepares environment for upgrades observing change control internal procedures and production rollout schedules.
- Assists in the cross training of other application system administrators, new salesforce users, and grow skillset of Salesforce and products across the organization as required
- Effectively acts as the liaison between our users, vendors, partners and/or external/internal application development teams
- Works with peers, business leads to analyze enterprise business context (CRM business strategy, roadmaps, and trends), to derive future-state technologies and business outcomes.
- Assists the business areas to help define the requirements, principles, and models that guide CRM technology decisions for the Enterprise.
- Helps to drive CRM digital innovation at all levels of the organization, with in depth- business process analytics and desired Enterprise outcomes as required.
- Analyzes and helps to define detailed migration plans to address technology gaps, security vulnerabilities and/or zero-day vulnerabilities impacting CRM environments.
- Responsible for user account provisioning and DE provisioning, audit user access reviews, and all aspects of end-users, administrator setup and deactivations. Including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
- Salesforce configuration changes including but not limited to flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reporting. Data management to improve salesforce environment data quality, implementing rules, policies and automations as needed.
- Monitor and improve user adoption for new and existing users, user training and business tutorials taking advantage of new features, functionalities that may help advance business processes.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of Salesforce Administrator
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, sharing rules, and customization options.
- Experience with Lightning App Builder, Flows, and Process Builder for automating business processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, data sharing, and permission sets.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Experience Cloud customization is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
