- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Devise innovative solutions to business challenges
Qualifications :
The store manager position requires a strong set of skills in problem solving, critical thinking, prioritization, and excellent communication and follow through. Skills such as strategic use of empathy and non-verbal cues are highly valuable. Some of the basic qualifications are as follows :
Compensation :
