Position: Middle School Coordinator / Curriculum Coordinator (Math Emphasis) / Assistant Principal – Open to the Best Fit

A Middle School Coordinator to oversee curriculum and student success.
A Curriculum Coordinator with a strong math background to enhance our academic programming.
A Retired Principal or experienced administrator to work collaboratively with our Rabbi/Hebrew Principal in guiding the school’s growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic, student-centered educator who values social-emotional sensitivity, trauma-informed care, and gentle communication when working with students and mentoring teachers.
Responsibilities (tailored to candidate’s strengths):
Oversee and support middle school academics and student development.
Strengthen math instruction and curriculum across grade levels.
Collaborate with the Rabbi/Hebrew Principal to align general and Judaic studies.
Coach teachers in classroom management strategies that emphasize emotional regulation and positive reinforcement.
Foster a structured, supportive learning environment where students feel safe and understood.
Assist in strategic planning for the school’s continued growth.
Qualifications:
Experience in school leadership, curriculum development, or middle school coordination.
Passion for education and commitment to Jewish values.
Strong organizational, mentoring, and communication skills.
Understanding of trauma-informed practices and social-emotional learning.
