- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth and well-organized flow.
- Assist with underwriting emails, inspections, and policy changes.
- Support the sales and service team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
- Help with audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Address basic billing inquiries and facilitate seamless claims transfers to carriers.
- Contribute to administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Represent Chabert Insurance with the utmost professionalism and positive demeanor.
Requirements:
- Entry-level insurance experience required.
- Must hold an active Property & Casualty license.
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
