Job Details
Position Title: GRC Architect
Location: Albany, NY Hybrid (Onsite 3 Days/Week Minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer GRC platform.
- Align business needs with Archer platform configurations and capabilities.
- Manage upgrades and patching across Archer environments.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and maintain procedures and documentation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within RSA Archer.
- Prototype and implement workflows in the Archer Risk Management system.
- Evaluate business workflows and assess suitability for Archer integration.
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise with RSA Archer GRC platform: application design, custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of GRC, compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, GAO Green Book), and internal control processes.
- Experience creating/managing data feeds and using APIs, web services, scripting, and SQL for system integration.
- Strong business analysis skills and ability to assess and implement technical GRC solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present technical information to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful RSA Archer implementations.
- Experience with cross-field functionality in Archer to associate records across apps or questionnaires.
Preferred/Desired:
- RSA Archer Certified Specialist or Expert certifications.
- Hands-on experience with RSA Archer applications such as:
- Issues Management
- Policy Program
- Privacy Program
- Bottom-Up/Top-Down Risk Assessments
- IT Controls Assurance
- IT Risk Management
- Data Governance
- Loss Event Management
- Key Indicator Management
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience, including:
- 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- 5 years using Archer software in a development role
- 2 years implementing Archer in a federal or state agency
- 5 years of Archer configuration, including custom apps, dashboards, reports, and workflows
- Combinations of education and experience will be considered.
