Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Kronos Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of expertise in implementing and configuring Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or ADP eTime (v7.0 ). The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep domain knowledge in workforce management solutions including modules like Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler, and Attestation and have a strong background in integrating interfaces using Boomi. This role requires excellent consultative and communication skills to collaborate with business users and client management, along with the ability to work in complex, multi-product environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Kronos/UKG workforce management solutions (UKG Pro WFM preferred).
• Interface Development: Develop and support interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
• Module Expertise: Configure and support modules such as Timekeeper, Accruals & Absence Management, and Advanced Scheduler.
• System Configuration: Set up WDM/UDM servers and configure Kronos clocks (e.g., 4500, InTouch/DX terminals).
• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee full project life cycle from gathering requirements and designing solutions to implementation and post-deployment support.
• Cloud Migration & Optimization: Drive migration efforts for workforce management v1.1.18 to the cloud and optimize OpenShift management, particularly for pharmacy and hospital units.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business users and client management to ensure solutions meet complex technology and legacy system integration needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years experience in implementing and configuring Kronos/UKG workforce management systems; at least 10 years with the Kronos/UKG suite.
• Proven expertise with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Kronos Advanced Scheduler, Timekeeper, Accruals, and Attestation modules.
• Experience developing and supporting interfaces using Boomi.
• Ability to configure WDM/UDM servers and Kronos hardware.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the full life cycle of complex projects.
• Excellent consultative, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
