Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to design and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong solution design skills, extensive Salesforce expertise, and experience leading end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and implementation for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prepare key artifacts, including BRD, SRS, gap analysis, use cases, and technical design documents.
- Develop prototype configurations and validate solutions during design phases.
- Provide architectural oversight and hands-on expertise in Salesforce objects, configurations, and administration.
- Guide integration, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, including onshore and offshore coordination.
- Assist in CRM roadmap planning and custom application development on Force.com.
- Engage with business teams to run design reviews and workshops effectively.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and optimize Salesforce code where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 14 years in IT, with 9 years specializing in Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud).
- Proven track record of leading 4-5 Salesforce implementations, each lasting a minimum of 6 months.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, administration, and core platform features.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution documentation, and end-to-end delivery.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, and web services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications: ADM201 (mandatory) and Sales/Service Cloud certifications.
