Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Work and Technical Experience:
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in sales performance and field metrics, data, and analytics
- Biopharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- Pharma Commercials experience
- Ability to collaborate with business product owners and users to understand data and analytics requirements for Commercial business areas
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and ability to convert business requirements into implementation-ready Epics and user stories
- Hands-on knowledge with data querying, data analysis, data mining, reporting, and analytics will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in US EST time zone (half day or more overlap will be preferred)
- Tools: Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB, SQL, Microsoft Office suite
Must To Have
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in sales performance and field metrics, data and analytics
- Biopharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- Pharma Commercials experience
- Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Able to manage own workload with minimal direction
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master s degree is a plus)
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods
- 9-11 years of experience as a Business Analyst
