Job Description : Senior Salesforce Developer

Location : San Francisco, CA / Denver, CO

Work Mode : Day 1 Onsite (Candidate needs to work at Client Office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and integration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Force.com, Visualforce, APEX, Lightning Web Components, and integration with external systems.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and DevOps teams to design, build, deploy, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization
Build and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Force.com, Visualforce, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs.
Optimize and ensure the performance, security, and data integrity of Salesforce applications.
Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
Collaborate with business analysts to analyze requirements for system projects or enhancements.
Translate functional requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
Integration
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware tools, and custom web services.
Troubleshooting & Support
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of production issues post-go-live.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with DevOps teams to coordinate and execute deployments to production environments.
Communicate progress and blockers to project teams regularly.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Maintain technical documentation for all projects, processes, and customizations.
Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications for enhanced performance and user experience.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Experience :

10 years of Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.

5 years in defining systems strategy, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing business solutions.

Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language).

Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via Salesforce APIs and middleware tools.

Certifications :

Salesforce App Builder Certification.

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

Methodologies :

Experience in Agile development environments, including knowledge of Scrum or Kanban.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to scope, plan, and estimate tasks accurately while balancing risks and efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for deployment and environment management.

Note : This is an onsite role requiring the candidate to be available at the client office in San Francisco, CA, or Denver, CO for three days a week.
