Job Title : Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist AI Engineer to join our growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python , deep understanding of NLP , experience with Generative AI , and a passion for solving complex problems with innovative AI / ML techniques. As a key member of our team, you will work on impactful projects that push the boundaries of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Analyze large, complex datasets and extract valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI / ML, including breakthroughs in Generative AI and NLP technologies.
Conduct research to continuously improve AI models and algorithms, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Contribute to the deployment and integration of machine learning models into production systems.
Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering , or related field (PhD is a plus).

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn , and spaCy

Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI (e.g., GANs, transformers).

In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical models, and data analysis techniques.

Experience with data processing, cleaning, and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with deep learning and neural networks.

Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, Java).

Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.

Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus.
