Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Why This Role is Exciting:
In this role, you’ll work with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP technologies, focusing on the Procure to Pay (P2P) process area. You’ll be instrumental in improving business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving impactful solutions that will make a real difference. This is a hybrid role with 3 days required onsite in Washington, DC.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Optimizing and Analyzing existing P2P business processes to enhance efficiency
- Collaborating with teams across departments and external partners to define, design, and implement solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving business challenges within Oracle Cloud ERP
- Leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations with a focus on Purchasing and Payables modules
- Supporting data cleanup, conversion, and reconciliation during month-end and year-end
- Driving process improvements that streamline operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 12 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in ERP systems
- Expertise in Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite, especially Procure to Pay
- Hands-on experience with month-end/year-end closing and reconciliation in P2P
- Strong skills in functional design, translating business requirements into actionable solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- 8 years of experience supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (P2P)
Bonus Points for:
- CPA Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Public Sector ERP implementations
