The Chace People team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Hostess to join a professional and dynamic team within an ultra-high-net-worth household in Palm Beach County, Florida. This role supports and reports directly to the Senior Butler, contributing to the smooth and exceptional service standards of the household.
Job Overview :
As a key member of the service team, the Service Hostess will provide daily support to ensure the smooth operation of events, meals, and other guest services across multiple properties. Reporting to the Senior Butler, you will work within an established service team, on rotation, to uphold world-class standards in hospitality, providing seamless support and front-of-house service to the Principals, their family, and guests. You will also serve as a trusted right-hand person to the female Principal, attending to her specific day-to-day needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide front-of-house service alongside your team, managing the daily needs of the family and guests
- Serve as a right-hand person to the female Principal, ensuring her needs are prioritized and met
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Butler, Service Team, Housekeepers, and other staff members to ensure the household runs smoothly
- Assist in serving meals, drinks, and refreshments as needed during daily routines and events
- Work with the kitchen and service teams to ensure food and beverage service is timely and in line with expectations
- Assist in event preparations, setting up creative and elegant table arrangements as required
- Offer silver service and display in-depth knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and fine dining etiquette
- Maintain the highest hygiene and presentation standards for the house, overseeing cleanliness in common areas and meal settings
- Adapt as needed to serve in high-pressure scenarios, with flexibility in duties as the situation requires
- Travel between properties (driver's license required)
- Extensive experience in five-star hotel service, luxury hospitality, or private household roles.
- Proven background working within ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) environments.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are a prerequisite to support the needs of the family
- Strong knowledge of etiquette, silver service, food and beverage standards, and formal meal setups
- Proven experience working as part of a collaborative service team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Proactive with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation between properties
- A calm and professional demeanour, especially in high-pressure situations
