The Chad Graham Insurance Agency is growing and we are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with prior insurance experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements:
- Must be Illinois insurance licensed in Property and Casualty & Life and Health before starting.
- Strong phone skills are a must. 60 outbound cold calls per day to acquire new business are a requirement.
- Perform basic insurance skills after training such as car changes, coverage changes, take payments, and handle any other customer request as requested.
- Must be able to partner with State Farm Support Staff to resolve issues.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
