Programs & Projects:
- Spearhead the development and execution of marketing plans, including strategy, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Drive brand growth and market share through innovative marketing strategies, impactful marketing campaigns (PPC, LSA, SEO etc.), and strategic advertising support.
- Prepare and conduct monthly marketing meetings to report on marketing performance across all platforms and discuss strategies to drive business.
- Oversee and enhance the company's online presence, including website management and content creation for various digital platforms.
- Lead negotiations and placements for advertising across various channels including traditional media, streaming, digital, social media and billboards.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and review the marketing mix to optimize strategy.
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand and content strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and local relevancy across multiple markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the target audience's behaviors and preferences, shaping targeted marketing campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate company events and community philanthropic initiatives, strengthening brand presence.
- Oversee and contribute to content creation for social media to drive conversions.

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Review metrics, analytics, and dashboards daily to report on performance.
- Implement solutions to improve inefficient processes and workflows and contribute to meeting firm goals.
- Analyze market trends to develop comprehensive advertising campaigns, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
- Use AI and data-driven insights to make improvements. Use our dashboards and synthesize information from vendors' metrics dashboards.
- Participate in hiring & department onboarding activities for new team professionals; arrange training and other resources.
- Play an active role in recruiting by keeping an eye out for top talent and networking.
- Responsible for the growth and development of direct reports.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports on a regular basis.
- Conduct team meetings to educate your teams, get feedback, and ensure they understand the vision and goals and are operating in compliance with processes and procedures.
- Resolve conflicts and promote collaboration within the team.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business-related field.
- 5 years of experience brand management, SEO, PPC and content marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with conversations; this role will not focus on vanity metrics but on the activities that drive conversations.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines.
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms and streaming services with strategies to drive conversions.
- Proven effectiveness in employing digital communications and social media; able to develop communication plans that fully leverage new technologies.
