Chad Love Services is looking for highly technical, professional Lead Installers to provides outstanding service and exceed every customer’s expectations by performing the highest quality of HVAC installations on every job. The essential functions of the Lead Install Technician are to serve the customers of the company by installing heating and air conditioning systems with an emphasis on quality installations performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes. Required:
EPA certified is preferred (If not, don't worry we will get you certified!)
An upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major traffic incidents
Able to pass a drug and background check
Residential experience preferred.

Full-time
Salary:
$60k-$100K. Depends on skills, qualifications, and being a cultural fit
Additional Compensation:

Experience:
HVAC Installation: At least 2 years(Required)
Pay Frequency:
Weekly - EVERY FRIDAY!
Education:
High school or equivalent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Very rarely weekends may be required - based on call volume
Duties:
Install residential (Heat Pumps, AC's, Furnaces & Mini-splits).
Knowledge of duct sizing principles and ductwork technique and able to replace ductwork from plans.
Complete required checklists.
Communicate with office staff/managers throughout the day as necessary
Use field service app and fill out a timesheet on a phone or company provided tablet
Install, maintain, modify and repair HVAC controls systems and associated equipment
Ensure good quality workmanship that upholds company standards, complies with relevant codes, and follows safety requirements
