What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pawnbroker/Customer Service position at Chad's Pawn Shop?
Chad's Pawn Shop is searching for Pawnbrokers with strong customer service skills. No experience in the Pawn industry needed. Responsible for greeting customers, selling merchandise, writing collateral loans, stocking shelves, general cleaning, answering phones, assessing jewelry composition, research value of items.
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs., spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, and typing while assisting customers. Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions.
Must be able to work during hours of operation (M-F 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-4pm).
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Compensation is $11.00/hour and commission.
