Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Finisher to join our Finishing team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in a hands-on environment. The Entry Level Technician must be eager and willing to learn various manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency while gaining valuable experience in the field. Finishing skills will be taught by seasoned associates daily. The best candidate will have excellent attendance and be excited to learn the finishing department processes from beginning to end. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY ***Required pre-employment physical and drug screening***
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to self-inspect workmanship after training
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishing work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment or individually
- Excellent attendance record
