Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR Inquiries – Provide information on job openings, qualifications, and the application process to candidates and employees.
- Facilitate Recruitment Efforts – Post job openings, track applications, and coordinate interviews.
- Screen Candidates – Conduct reference and background checks while maintaining accurate job requisition records.
- Organize Onboarding – Coordinate a seamless first-day experience for new hires in collaboration with supervisors and the training team.
- Support Employee Transitions – Work with IT, Maintenance, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth employee transitions and role changes.
- Maintain Applicant & Employee Records – Ensure accurate and organized records in HR databases.
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy – Manage confidential personnel files and update employee records in both files and software systems.
- Track HR Engagement – Monitor onboarding progress, gather feedback, and follow up on exit surveys.

- Ability to manage sensitive HR matters with discretion and integrity .
- High School Diploma or GED required
