Benefited position after 60-day waiting period.
Schedule example:
- Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
- Saturday 8am-12pm
Job Duties:
The Pharmacy Director is responsible and accountable for organizing and providing pharmaceutical services to all hospital services and disciplines.
- Make budget recommendations for capital equipment needs and operational expenses along with a projection of departmental revenues.
- Participate in administrative and medical staff committees as assigned.
- Prepare departmental work schedules and approve payroll.
- Communicate and enforce hospital policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management.
- Operate and maintain Pharmacy equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in Pharmacy.
- Audit and charge patient accounts.
- Organize and maintain records.
- NESIIS Immunization Program.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; this may include using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. Degree.
- Valid Pharmacy license in the State of Nebraska without restrictions.
- Have never been convicted of any non-alcohol, drug-related misdemeanor, or felony,
- Experience in hospital pharmacy.
- Should be able to demonstrate leadership, managerial ability, good interpersonal relationships and the application of sound administrative principles.
