Job Details
General job duties include completing skilled nursing visits in homes and facilities, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges.
In collaboration with the provider, develop a patient-specific plan of care.
Procedures include Foley and suprapubic changes, ostomy care, wound care (including wound vacs), blood draws, and central line care.
Job Requirements
One year of experience in hospice is preferred.
Experience making home visits is required.
BLS and NE or Compact RN license are required.
Schedule Information
Looking for coverage Monday to Friday and be on call at least six days a month.
Unit Specific Information
EMR training provided.
Training for required skills, such as suprapubic catheter changes, is offered.
