- Provide hands-on support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage hardware and software procurement, provisioning, maintenance, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, printers, network connectivity, and operating systems.
- Oversee the company communications plan to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain centralized procurement and inventory of IT and office supplies.
- Coordinate hardware leases for corporate and branch locations.
- Offer Tier 1 support for hardware and software, while maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support OEM software tools and vendor integrations.
- Manage AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Participate in and support strategic IT projects as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Windows OS and Office Suite.
- Experience with mobile device support (e.g., tablets, smartphones, soft phones).
- Knowledge of data systems security, regulations, and compliance.
- Strong oral, listening, and written communication abilities.
- Empathy and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.

Salary : $52,000 - $57,000
