Job Description
The Parts Shipper/Receiver performs a combination of duties to obtain parts and supplies for heavy- duty equipment customers and in house technicians. The Parts Shipper/Receiver also provides back up support to the Parts Counter which entails customers sales and charge out inventory.

- Provide customer, factory and vendor support.
- Ship and receive daily UPS shipments
- Receive daily orders
- Pull parts for customer orders
- Put away weekly stock orders
- Assist customers and technicians expediting parts
- Operate a Forklift (license required)
- File completed purchase orders in numerical order
- Assist with the parts counter and working with walk-in customers when needed
- Work with a computer to daily tasks and use Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Has good communication skills to interact with employees and customers
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Has knowledge of techniques of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies
- Has prior experience in heavy equipment
- Has the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy weights.
- Has the ability to operate basic office equipment such as phone system, computer, fax, calculator
