Chaffe McCall has an immediate need for a full-time talented Legal Assistant to join our growing team! This position will primarily focus on supporting transactional work related to real estate, corporate mergers, and acquisitions.
Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a legal setting, have proven experience with purchase agreements, contracts, and other transactional legal documents, have a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management programs, as well as, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proofreading abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
