Under general supervision, this role provides complex technical support functions related to the installation, customization, testing, and administration of Chaffey College's enterprise systems and infrastructure.
This includes Windows Domain and Active Directory environments, physical and virtual server management, as well as other technical aspects that ensure a secure and reliable network environment for all users.
The successful candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition, they will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including IT staff, faculty, and students.
