About:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our personal injury law firm. This critical role involves ensuring that all services provided by our third-party partners meet our rigorous quality standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our firm's reputation for excellence and protecting client interests through meticulous quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive quality control checks on all files from third-party service providers
Identify quality deviations and recommend appropriate solutions
Ensure timely management of returns to meet service level agreement requirements
Document and maintain detailed records of quality control steps for each case
Participate in campaign meetings and provide valuable feedback
Support the development of improved quality control measures and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Solid understanding of quality control procedures.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adheres to all government and industry regulations, including settlement. disbursements and the protection of regulated sensitive data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
Maintain confidentiality of all Confidential Information of clients and of the company.
Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to handle frequent pressures, time deadlines, and multi-task.
