Own our recruitment tech stack including LinkedIn and Jazz HR like it's your personal command center, ensuring no stellar candidate ever falls through the cracks.
Partner with the Recruiter and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews that feel less like interrogations and more like engaging conversations.
Turn recruitment data into actionable insights, because great hiring decisions are backed by solid metrics.
Maintain our employer brand across all recruiting channels, making sure our firm voice stays authentic and compelling.
Keep our talent pipeline flowing with qualified candidates through creative sourcing strategies and relationship building.
You're Our Person If :
You've got 2 years of recruitment or human resource coordination experience that's taught you the ins and outs of talent acquisition.
Your organizational skills are so good, Marie Kondo would be jealous.
You can speak "Hiring Manager" in the morning, "Candidate" in the afternoon, and "Organization" all the time.
You're tech-savvy and have experience with modern ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
You have experience creatively sourcing candidates.
You have experience managing multiple candidate pipelines and managing an ATS.
You get energized by helping people find their dream jobs while helping teams find their perfect matches.
Your attention to detail is legendary, but you never lose sight of the big picture.
You believe that every candidate deserves a great experience, even if they're not "the one."
Benefits : Financial Benefits
401k Contributions : Discretionary match contribution of 5%, with the Firm matching 100% of the first 3% of the employee’s contribution and 50% of the employee’s next 2% of contribution of the employee’s annual compensation.
Charitable Donations : The Chaffin Luhana Foundation makes an annual donation to the charity of your choice.
Medical Benefits
Healthcare Insurance : $460 per employee or family towards their monthly health premium. If your premium is less than $460, you will be responsible for only the first $1.
Dental Insurance : Full coverage towards an employee’s dental premium, less than $1 monthly. You will only pay $12 a year for your dental plan.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) : Contribute up to $500 pre-tax towards your annual medical deductible.
Family / Dependent Care : You can contribute up to $5,000 pre-tax Dependent Care (DCR).
Flex Spending Account : Contribute up to $1,000 pre-tax towards your medical Flex Spending Account (FSA).
Commuter Benefits
Tax-free Transit Commute : You can contribute up to $280 per month pre-tax towards your transit ticket (TRN).
