Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and managing the cash register using POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
- Uphold food handling safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in cash handling is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food handling practices is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A passion for coffee and sales is highly valued; willingness to help others is essential.

Pay: $18.70 - $22.00 per hour
