The ideal candidate will play a crucial role working closely with the owner to place orders, cultivate new customer accounts, and manage day-to-day sales activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Cultivate and grow new customer accounts, both locally and beyond.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain and update sales records and client information in Constant Contact, QuickBooks and Excel.
- Collaborate with the owner to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Big Commerce, Square, Excel, QuickBooks, and order entry systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (English and [second language], e.g., Spanish) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
