Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our adult daycare center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and regulatory knowledge, as well as experience managing administrative tasks in a healthcare or adult care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the adult daycare center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing and safety requirements.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring they adhere to care standards and policies.
- Maintain accurate records for clients, staff, and facility operations.
- Oversee scheduling, admissions, and billing processes.
- Monitor and evaluate care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to families and address concerns or inquiries.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
