We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter & Content Manager to join our team, someone who
will drive impactful storytelling and content creation across all channels, contributing to our rapid
growth and brand presence.
Position Overview:
The E-commerce Copywriting Manager will craft compelling, results-driven content for Chai
Vision’s brands across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop
and execute content strategies, write clear and engaging copy, oversee freelancers/agencies,
lead and grow a team of copywriters and content marketers, and ensure alignment with brand
voices across omnichannel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Campaign Planning:
- Develop and oversee the content calendar and campaign plans for all brands.
- Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for ads, video scripts, emails, SMS, blogs,
websites, landing pages, product descriptions, and more.
- Create content topics and hooks aligned with omnichannel strategies and campaign
needs.
- Contribute ideas for photoshoots, omnichannel planning, and marketing campaigns.
Creative Strategy and Execution:
- Ideate and execute clear, concise, and engaging content strategies across all mediums,
including advertising, email, social media, and video scripts.
- Write in multiple brand voices and tones to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Drive innovative content opportunities and present ideas to the team.
Content Review and Quality Assurance:
- Review all written content to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality.
- Oversee outsourced freelancers or agencies to ensure cohesive execution across all
promotional channels.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of clarity,
consistency, and impact.
Optimization and Testing:
- Use research and analytics to refine and optimize copy for improved engagement and
conversion.
- Continuously test and analyze content performance through A/B testing and adjust
based on results.
- Implement SEO best practices in all written content to improve organic search
Performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including social media, performance marketing,
creative, email/SMS, affiliate marketing, PR, and SEO.
- Partner with the creative director, graphic designers, social media manager, and other
key stakeholders to align messaging and strategy.
- Ensure content aligns with broader marketing and business objectives across DTC,
Amazon, and retail channels.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably for an e-commerce and/or
DTC and/or CPG brand, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success managing outsourced teams and coordinating with international
Partners.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in copywriting, brand voice development, and
multi-channel content strategy.
Skills:
Exceptional writing and editing skills with expertise in conversion-focused,
direct-response, and emotional storytelling.
- Knowledge of CVR, CTR, and other performance metrics, with a data-driven approach to
copy optimization.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and translating objectives into compelling
content.
- Proficiency in SEO principles, keyword optimization, and tools such as Google Analytics
and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple deadlines and
Priorities.
