Chalet's Landscape Services group in North Chicago, IL (near Gurnee) has an opportunity for a Residential Maintenance Crew Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include :
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance job sites including keeping accurate and updated site information, developing job schedules, approving time tickets, monitoring productivity of assigned crews, checking tools and equipment, inspecting maintenance work and applying herbicide or pesticide when necessary.
- Internal liaison between Client Relationship Managers and crews to ensure that we are expertly and efficiently executing all processes to meet our clients' residential property needs and exceed their expectations.
- Instruct crews on proper maintenance policies and procedures, use of equipment, and safety. Assist Department Manager in training employees and monitoring their progress.
- Responsible for the safety, performance and well-being of employees who you supervise.
- Consistently improve the efficiency of labor hours and material.

This is a full time, year-round position that will work 5-6 days in the busy season, and a 4-day work week in the off season.
