Service Advisor
Volkswagen Boise is currently seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, reliable, and consistent with their workmanship. You will be tasked with greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and accurately recording their questions/concerns in our dealer marketing system: CDK. Being detailed oriented is crucial to not only reassure the customer they are being taken care of but to provide accurate details to our service technicians who will be performing the repair work/maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and answering phone calls regarding service requests.
- Take detailed notes when writing service work orders.
- Cashier customers if they owe money on a service repair.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license.
- Detail oriented.
- Great communication skills.
- Team player
- Knowledge of CDK / ETKA / MYKAARMA is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask.
