What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Associate position at Chalk Mountain Services of Texas?
Chalk Mountain Services of Texas, LLC is currently in need of a Facility Associate for our ZT facility located near Mentone, TX.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain a clean and presentable facility
- Fuel tank inspections and repairs
- Receive fuel deliveries
- Empty trash
- Stock bottled water, wipers, and fill sanitizer dispensers
- Help clean and organize shop area
- Mow and edge properties
- Clean service vehicles
- Operate yard equipment (Skid steer, skytrac, forklift, etc.)
- Paint and repair as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); the ability to pass drug test, criminal background investigation and no more than one moving violations within the last three years on a MVR.
