What You'll Do:
- Working as a member of a team or as an individual, performs and has primary responsibility for various types of welding center operations in multiple work centers as required, including, but not limited to MIG, spot (resistance), robotic, silicon bronze (MIG), and manual welders, to produce quality parts per the Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards, production schedule and engineering specifications at the prescribed cycle time (rate).
- Performs necessary quality checks, records information in PLEX (Enterprise Resource Planning system -ERP), and performs general utility work to meet work schedule.
When and Where:
This will be located at our plant in Richmond, KY on 2nd shift / 2:30PM-11PM / M-F
What You Need to Have:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Experience: Up to 90 days training required
- One year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
