Position: Aerial Adventure Technician
We're looking for an experienced Aerial Adventure Technician who's eager to dive into action and contribute their skills to our exciting projects. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a talent for construction, we want to hear from you! This is a unique opportunity to work on thrilling projects across California, with potential travel to amazing locations like Hawaii, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily field operations with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Strategically plan and navigate challenges with ease
- Climb trees and install aerial elements, climbing towers, ropes courses, and zip lines
- Work independently while managing time and tasks effectively
- Communicate clearly and efficiently, both verbally and in writing
- Bring craftsmanship and dedication to every project detail
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the team
What You’ll Need:
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfort with working at heights and in harnesses for extended periods
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and carry heavy objects across uneven terrain
- A love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle
- A mature, dependable, responsible, and trustworthy demeanor
