Position: Aerial Adventure Technician
We’re searching for an experienced Aerial Adventure Technician who’s eager to jump into action and bring their skills to our exciting projects. If you have a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, and a knack for construction, we want to hear from you! This is your chance to work on thrilling projects throughout California and beyond, with potential travel to beautiful locations like Hawaii, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain daily field operations with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Plan strategic project approaches and tackle unexpected challenges with ease
- Climb trees and install aerial elements, climbing towers, ropes courses, and zip lines
- Work autonomously while effectively managing your time and tasks
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Bring a strong work ethic and craftsmanship to every project detail
- Exhibit leadership qualities that inspire and uplift your team
What You’ll Need:
- At least 21 years of age and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Comfort working at heights and in harnesses for extended periods
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and carry heavy objects across uneven terrain
- A passion for the outdoors and an active lifestyle
- A mature, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy demeanor
