Advanced coating personnel capable of operating most equipment in the coating dept and assisting in all coating functions

- Perform all sew-on, rollup, and packaging tasks with limited supervision
- May perform tasks using lift truck equipment
- Process transactions in NAV
- Assist in inventory tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in minor preventative maintenance tasks
- Capable of operating some equipment in the Coating Department.
Qualifications - Basic Computer skills
- Ability to interact with others (co-workers, supervisors, vendors, and general public) in a professional manner, to accept constructive criticism from Supervisors and equals.
- Basic mathematics skills are required.
- Ability to analyze and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
Work Environment - This role operates inside the coating department at Hill Rd. facility.
- This is an onsite job and is NOT remote. Regular and predictive attendance is mandatory.
Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time; walk; use hands and finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- The employee is required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently life and move objects up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
