Summary Of Position
The Creeler 2 position is a creel team member who assists in changeovers, maintaining the creel, and assists in keeping the creel
operational during tufting operations.
Description:
Duties & Responsibilities

- Confirm correct merges of fiber are being used on the tufting machine
- Check and adjust position of fiber tubes in creel for accuracy
- Hang and tie or splice fiber into creel
- Rotate small and large fiber tubes as needed to maximize creel loads (cutbacks)
- Package dunnage and fiber skids
- Assists in decreeling machines, or removing spent fiber tubes and packaging fiber and dunnage from the creel
- Assists in identifying non-conforming fibers and materials to maintain product efficacy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Education or experience level
- Exhibits mastery level of Creeler 1 position
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to interact with others (co-workers, supervisors, vendors, and general public) in a professional manner, to accept constructive criticism from Supervisors and equals.
Mathematical Skills
- Basic mathematics skills are required.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to analyze and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.

Work Environment
- This role operates inside the tufting department at Hill Rd. facility.
- This is an onsite job and is NOT remote. Regular and predictive attendance is mandatory.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time; walk; use hands and finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- The employee is required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
