The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is driven by the opportunity to make an impact. This role offers you the chance to manage diverse commercial client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. You’ll work alongside dedicated professionals, where your ideas and expertise will be valued.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all their insurance needs.
- Review clients’ coverage, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to help them grow and protect their businesses.
- Manage new business and endorsements: prepare applications, present quotes, and submit them to carriers.
- Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately in AMS 360 and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with colleagues across personal and commercial lines to provide seamless service and avoid coverage gaps.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, underwriting requirements, and policy changes to ensure clients receive the best service possible.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Property & Casualty Producer License required.
- Proficiency with AMS 360, Microsoft Office, and commercial insurance rating systems.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
